Parts4PowerToys - Policies

  • Shipping Terms:
    • All items with the exception of V-Lift and V-Track ship out of our Montreal, Canada office. Shipping is via either First Class Air Mail for light items or Expedited Parcel with tracking (6-10 working days). V-Lift Lifters and V-Track stabilizers ship via UPS from our Chicago warehouse (1-3 days). Xpress Post is available on special requests for an additional fee and must be specified before ordering any item. A special invoice will be sent with the correct shipping charge. Parts4PowerToys is not responsible for delays caused by US Customs which can add a few extra days to the delivery times due to increased home land security checks by the US governement. We try our best to select the best and least expensive shipping rates for our customers based on the most reasonable shipping times. All our shipments are fully insured automatically and included in our shipping rates.
  • Limited Warranty:
    • We guarantee Parts4PowerToys manufactured products against breakage or defects in material or workmanship for up to one year after date of purchase. If it breaks we'll replace it! Normal wear or damage caused by improper installation or usage is excluded. Other manufacturers' products supplied by Parts4PowerToys carry a minimum of one year warranty unless specified otherwise. Customers are responsible for inbound warranty freight.
  • Receiving your order:
    • Upon receipt of your new order, please inspect it carefully as to contents and condition. All claims for damaged or missing items MUST be reported to Parts4PowerToys by email within one business day of receipt of merchandise. In the event your package arrives damaged, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the carrier to inspect the package to assure full refund/replacement. All packages MUST be retained until the problem has resolved.
  • Returns:
    • Products may be authorized for return up to 10 days after date of shipment. If you're not completely satisfied, contact Parts4PowerToys to return the product for a refund (minus shipping/handling charges and applicable restock fees) according to the following terms and conditions:
      • To process a return please contact Parts4PowerToys our support email at Contact Us to obtain a return material authorization number (RMA#) within 10 days from date of shipment. Please do not ship product back without an RMA #. Products shipped without an RMA# will be refused and not be eligible for refund. Returns must be in the original product packaging, new and fit for resale. The RMA # must be written clearly on the outside of the returned package/box for it to be accepted by Parts4PowerToys receiving depot. The customer is responsible for the return freight and any applicable insurance.
      • We do not accept returns on used and damaged purchases: If the product shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to the instructions, and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging or shipping by the customer, it will not be eligible for exchange, refund or warranty consideration. Partial S/H fees are not refundable. Up to 25% restocking fees may apply. We reserve the right to refuse any exceptions.
  • Quebec Residents:
    • Subject to two taxes, a federal Goods and Services Tax of 5% and a provincial sales tax of 9.5%
       
  • Canadian Residents outside of the province of Quebec:
    • Subject to a federal Goods and Services Tax of 5%
       
       
  • Parts4PowerToys reserves the right to make changes and improvements to our products at any time.

Specials
